Delivery and Returns

Each and every order is made solely by me in my workshop, either in London, England or Greece.; currently in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Since the beginning of my journey in making things by hand, I’ve learned the importance of taking it slow so that I can focus on what’s important; the Quality. Having said that, take a look below for production times and delivery cost.

All orders are prioritised in the order they are received.

  • the Journals & Cases : up to 3-5 working days

  • the notebook Refills: up to 2 working days

ELTA Priority/Tracked - No extra shipping fees

Delivery - Zone 1, up to 5 working days

All Art Prints are being fulfilled and shipped by our UK based printing partner using Royal Mail Tracked service.

You will receive confirmation email with tracking number after purchase. The delivery fees are fixed for all prints and time estimates for each zone are:

UK up to 1 - 3 business days / No extra shipping fees

EU up to 5 - 15 business / £7

USA up to 10 - 15 business days / No extra shipping fees

Canada up to 10 - 15 business days / £10

Rest of the World up to 10 - 15 business days / £10

Please be aware that the above times are estimates and I have no control over the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you. 

Customs delays are common and please be aware non EU orders may incur a customs/import fee.

Returns

If there is any type of production defect, I will absolutely replace the item with valid proof of defect. Please contact me within 7 days to arrange a return and send items back within 30 days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a refund of the item price will be given on inspection of the item. Custom orders, personalised items and sale items are not eligible for returns.

In addition, the rare case of any thread abrasions are covered by a free restitching policy.
